Family prayer request

Hello Everyone,
This is yet another time I am coming to you for prayer. I know prayer works and have seen the proof from the last time I asked for prayer for my sister. She is finally starting to get better but still has a long road ahead of her. Since last Jan. my family has been hit pretty hard with various health issues, etc. In Jan. my dad went in for a simple knee replacement and ended up getting a very bad staff infection. It got so bad that his infection count was almost to the level of shutting down his organs. 3 knee replacements later and lots of prayer, love and support my dad is doing great. The in July of last year but sister became very sick as you all know and it wasn’t until close to the end of May this year that things started to finally look up for her and her health. Now I am coming to you with more concerns for my family. I need you to pray for my mother and my whole family! In April my mom found a lump in her breast and had a biopsy done to see what was going on. The results were not what we wanted to hear once again and the doctors told her that she does have breast cancer but right now it is only in the duct of her breast. We are still waiting to see the cancer doctors to see where things take us from here. Unfortunately this is not everything… On Saturday night (July 17th) around 2am our home in Cape Breton burnt. My family is very lucky to be alive, if it wasn’t for a man working night shift surveillance behind our home they may not have gotten out. The man noticed the fire starting behind our house and ran over banging on the front door trying to wake everyone up and called 911. Everyone got out safe, and we thank God for that everyday. The fire chief said that if it had of been 5 more mins, just 5…that the whole house would have been engulfed and they may not have gotten out in time. My family is safe and I am so thankful but it is a very difficult time not only dealing with my mom’s news but also dealing with the fact that my family has been left with nothing. The insurance people say that they are going to be out for a while, it could be Christmas and it could be later. Please pray for myself and my family. I am still in NL right now and although I know everyone if safe and okay it is still very difficult trying to deal with all of this when I am so far away. I know prayer is powerful and I know that praying together, my family will feel the presence of God surrounding them during these difficult days and the days to follow.
We have been hit with a lot and it is hard to see the light in all of this and not question God but we know God is good and we are continuing to rely on his love and strength to see us through yet again.
